"Exterior was in fair shape but stairs and are in dangerous shape: concrete pans were eroded and metal frames rusted. Walkways were uneven and carpet very worn and dirty. Upgraded to large suite because of damage in booked room. Cleanliness was ok, it just needs to upgrade to the price point."
