It boasts 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a dining area. There are many nearby attractions including Great Pulteney Street, the Roman Baths and Abbey, the Jane Austin Centre, and the famous Royal Crescent all within a short walking distance. The Space: Inside, all is spacious and bright as light shoots in through tall wooden sash windows. The elegant living room nods to its traditional past, with solid oak floors, antique furniture and original art adorning the walls. Admire quirky treasures and trinkets, and eat together around the mahogany dining table with elevated skyline views. Laid-back evenings call for curling up in the armchair with a good book in hand or watching a film on the smart TV. The newly refurbished kitchen is well-equipped with high-spec appliances including an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and large Smeg fridge as well as ample utensils. The two bedrooms are cosy and fresh, with thoughtful touches to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Fantastic location for a stay in beautiful Bath. A lovely, clean and homely 2 bedroom apartment with comfy beds and lots of space. Hot showers a must after walking all day. Fully equipped kitchen and easy instructions for recycling and rubbish disposal. The stairs were not an issue and are very well looked after. A 2 minute walk for breakfast or a meal in the evening. The location was close to all the major Bath sights. The place was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities we needed. I will say that you may be surprised by an insistent tapping at your window. Someone must have previously fed the seagulls from the bedroom and kitchen windowsill because we had frequent visitors of the feathery kind! Just ignored them and all was fine. ##### Nancy O. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Every thing we needed was there and it is super close to the heart do Bath. Our one little hitch was finding the key box. If the neighbors had not helped we would have looked for hours. But the good neighbors are a real plus too. This was minor but would love to see more accurate description in the checkin information. There is a modern kitchen with all you need, and modern bathroom. The location is excellent: very near the city centre, but in a nice and quiet area. It's a 10 minute walk from the central station. Just a few things to be aware of (I believe this was also mentioned in the description of the place): it is on the third floor with no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage this could be a bit of a problem. Also, it is the top floor so it can get warm. The outside temperature was 20 degrees but inside it got to 26 degrees (despite having the windows open). So I imagine it can get quite warm in the summer but it was fine during our stay (which was in June). We had a great time and would definitely return. ##### Enrico G. This bothered me because the owner charges a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. We also tried boiling water with a pot but the stove wasn’t working. We tried emailing twice through guesthoo but we have never received a response and I’m writing this a few weeks after our visit.
