"Neg: Chillbox in hotel rooms not cold, Personal safe in hotel rooms not secured/bolted down, limited mini market avail (only 2 types of chips), no railing to descend into the pool/down pool steps (easy to slip), gym equipment outdated/rusty. Positives: filtered water avail on every floor, staff very helpful/friendly, restaurant on property, hotel/rooms clean, filtered water available on each floor, very nice pools, rooms are air conditioned No conveniences in walking distance (7-11, Starbucks, etc.), no access to beach Would I book this hotel again? Yes"
