The staff were very polite and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Doors when shutting made a loud Bang every time (no idea why) and used to be woken by the other guest next door or nearby in the morning and night.
Great hotel. Had an unfortunate situation where by our neighbours, from across the UK Pond, decided to have a jacuzzi bath between 12:10am and 12:45am and the bathroom was right by our headboard! That coupled with the loud American shouting voices led to a very bad nights sleep for my wife, two children ...

Great hotel with great location. You are right next to the ferries and about a 3-5 minute walk from the town. Hotel was pleasant and you cant beat the view from the hotel. Each room has bay doors with a balcony.
