"Check in was difficult. The 3pm check-in was firm and with so many flights arriving in the morning, there were dozens waiting for 3pm to arrive to get their keys. Our reservation also specifically stated queen bed, but when we got to our room with two twin beds we were told, “that’s what we have, we don’t guarantee any bed type”. After that everything was very good. Room was clean, location was nice with a lot of things within walking distance."

"Hotel good location, very small rooms, cleaning service not great, left all dirty dishes and didn’t replace any coffee or glasses. Amenities- not able to use the fitness facilities, lots of confusion on behalf of the staff. Went to the gym, denied access. Luckily nice park to run in that we stumbled upon. Buffet breakfast is the highlight of this hotel! Staff super friendly and good food."

"the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good. the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place."
