We love our room and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Front desk staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I have is to provide detailed instructions on arrival - e.g. hotel reception is on the 6 floor，there’s separate elevator for parking and the hotel. For international travellers make sure all communications are in English ☺️

Nice hotel with a clean and modern family room. It took some time to access the parking lot on the 6th level due to heavy Saturday traffic, but a very practical location near the Dreiländerbrücke on the German side of the border.

Lovely big room which was spotless and had all the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and useful transport options in the local area. Once I had worked out parking then that wasn’t a problem. Parking is on the 5/6/7th floors of the shopping centre car park. You then have to go down the car park lift, walk through the mall and go up the lifts at the front of the shopping centre to the hotel.

The hotel floors are located high above a shopping center and it can be a zoo downstairs. Parking is extra and in the same parking garage as the shoppers, but on the highest floors. So, it is an ordeal to park. Also note that you will not get a Basel card for transit and discounts because the hotel is within Germany. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious, staff was great, and having AC was a lifesaver in the heat this year.

Great location to explore Basel. Right on the three countries border so educational for our children too. Germany, Switzerland and France and you could walk between all three care free within minutes Great location if you’re looking for an affordable stay in Basel. I would highly recommend a day trip to Lucerne too - wow!!

The gentleman working at the reception on the night of 12/21 and when we went back on 12/28 was kind and helpful. He helped us with parking considering we had a big van which was not easy to find parking for. The hotel in clean and accommodating.

The hotel was ideal for our parkrun trip. The tram and bus stops were just next to the hotel which made our journey from the airport and into Basel very easy. The Reception Staff were very helpful with directions on how to get to the Fondation Beyeler. I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was a proper suite and we were able to eat there instead of dining out.
