"I booked this hotel due to a show at motorpoint Arena Nottingham for location,knowing there is no parking tho not an issue as we used the train station so only a few minutes walk away,no problem for us.Friendly & quick check-in we were on 3rd floor but I did ask for high floor but not an issue,the room was very clean & comfortable,we had breakfast included in our price which was excellent,I simply couldn't fault this hotel & we will be returning in the future,we also ate in the restaurant which was lovely too,all the staff we met were lovely,see you again soon"

"Loved it, very close to places of interest and easy to walk around to the town and find our way back. Place was well cleaned, though they did reuse our sheets one day for a swap. Understandable i suppose. Spent 10 mins awaiting someone to come to the front desk to check in on arrival, but was always manned nearly every other time. Otherwise, incredibly enjoyable stay."

"I had a great stay at Best Western. The staff were brilliant, the room was perfect and my overall experience was great. The only thing that I feel needs improvement is the lift. Any time I used to go up to my room on the second floor the lift would clunk before reaching the level and doors opening. It left me a little bit worried that I could be stuck. Otherwise a really good experience and will use them again."
