Passing through and exceeded expectations. Extremely friendly, very comfortable, very clean, and a nice breakfast. Central. Would definitely stay again if in Grantham.

The owner upgraded me to a bigger room with a double bed that I had a comfortable sleep in..they are two big shared shower rooms one of them was right next door to my room so didn’t have far to go for the toilet.they was extras that I didn’t expect like fridge microwave and a toaster you can use.the staff and the locals in the pub are very friendly 👍.2mins walk away from pub you has shops noodle bar,McDonald’s , dominos pizza.will definitely revisit soon.

Clean, very well presented country house feel in town . Beds were very comfortable and linen was delightful. Lovely breakfast and lots of coffee offered and taken. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Javier was lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a gem!!! It is immaculate, the rooms are exactly what you would hope for and the price was amazing. I have paid a lot more for hotels which weren't as well maintained as this one is. The staff were great and had no problem with me bringing my assistance dog in and out. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. It was in the golf club house just across the car par, which I guess could be an issue if it was raining, but I looked on it as a bonus; it helped me...

Fantastic 'Emma' mattress gave a really good sleep. Room was basic but that was as expected. Location of Igloo impossible to beat..... is the most central location possible. Parked 5 mins away at St James' NCP for £10 for 24 hours. Overall very very good will return ( and very pleasant staff !)

Beautiful, peaceful environment. A bonus of a heated outside pool.

The hotel is in a walking distance from the railway station. The area is good and convenient to go out to find a dinner. The pub in the hotel is nice as well. And, surprisingly, the hotel provide a free drink when aware that it was my birth month. Thank you very much!

I can not say enough good thigs about this place. The receptionist Charlotte was super welcoming, friendly and extremley helpful. Natalie the house keep was really accomodating and asked if there was anything extra we needed like: shampoo, towels, pillows. Great staff and a great stay, the room was good, the bed was comfy and the room smelled amazing and was very clean. Def book this place! I would def book this place again.

Loved room. LOVED dove hair and body wash as forgot shampoo and it was amazing. Room service not great. No answer and took ages for a wrap. I was on a quick turnaround with work so this was quite stressful. But check in staff made it work. Amazing lunch next day. Lovely staff and delicious food.

I can highly recommend the Hilton in Nottingham. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice place to stay. Would stay again.
