The location is unbeatable — walkable to top restaurants, tourist landmarks, and local markets, with easy access to public transportation for exploring further afield. The hotel itself is immaculate — everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and beautifully maintained. What truly made the stay memorable was the service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive concierge, efficient housekeeping, and friendly bell staff, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Whether we were sightseeing or relaxing, the hotel served as the perfect home base. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality."

"The property was very affordable, close to everything (tube and walking) and very clean. While it wasn't 5000 thread count sheets or fancy rooms, it wasn't advertised as such. Bed was comfortable and perfect for someone staying who knows they won't be in their room very much. Staff was awesome!"

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "
