They were helpful, friendly, kind and generous with their time. The surrounding area around the hotel was manicured, the pool was beautiful and roof top restaurant is a must see. Thank you for a lovely time and making our anniversary something we will not forget."

"We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet."

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
