"Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...

"Great place to stay. Very close to the city centre and station. Staff helpful and offered free luggage storage and even the loan of umbrellas if needed. Lovely and clean rooms. Building is old so some wear and tear to be expected but didnt impact on the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Great cooked to order breakfast."

"I booked for a double room but was given a family room (with 2 double beds and a single bed) on arrival without any extra charge.I was travelling solo so the space was too much for me.The beds were comfortable.There were enough towels for a family room capacity.There were few bottled water,mugs and teaspoons and plenty of coffee,tea and sugar sachets.If I was travelling with 4 others,the room would be spacious enough.The bathroom was clean.Water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong but not a...

"I was the convenient of the shops.but they were a couple of things wrong with the room The toilet flushing system was faulty along with the toilet seat which was loose. The room could do with a bigger tv on the wall so they is more on the desk to work."
