Chic, quirky & unique! Fell in love with it at first sight & was completely enamoured once I arrived! It has all you could expect & want from a Boutique Hotel in the heart of this beautiful city! Gabriel was an excellent host/guide & I look forward to returning to this magical place!
By far this was the Worse experience to ever had in a Hotel in my entire life and traveling. They made me wait 8 Hours to have access to a room. Yes, I got there earlier, but they should place me in the "first" room available. I even offered to pay "any extra" in order to get the room sooner and I was told there was no need. This is Unacceptable and unhuman to treat a customer that way. No excuse to Act or treat anyone like that.
Highly recommend this property! Extremely great hospitality (Thanks Gabriel!!), spacious rooms and quiet area. The room went above our expectations and Gabriel (owner I believe) was so accommodating. Cannot recommend this property enough. We felt so safe and welcome. Also, he has a cute little breakfast spread in the morning with croissants and coffee so you can have a little fuel. 11/10!
The hotel is located in a good location and close to every attraction. The sofa bed is not so comfortable and give us a hard time. Staff are nice and helpful too.
