Hotel is located in nice area, busy during the day because of shopping, but not so loud during the night. The subway station was also like 5 minutes walk which we were able to take to get to Park Guel. Equally the QR code c checkout and lockers to leave my belongings until 8pm on the day of departure was a great touch and again a seamless operation through clear instructions. One comment - the code for the key pad system is excellent BUT I was not pleased to not be able top lock the door when going to sleep as IF anyone had the code they could simply enter. I think this is not hard to add and I don't think i would be alone in wanting to lock the door. After the first day the A/C went out and they never did get it fixed. Kept telling us all the excuses but never did anything about it and wouldn’t discount our bill because of it. The staff were friendly and always greated us with a smile. The outside seating area is very spacious and comfortable. Staff were happy for you to bring drink and snacks back and eat out there. Music played on the background and there were facilities to get a drink from reception if needed. The room wasn't huge but again very clean and modern. Air con was good and the bed very comfy. The hotel was quiet and in a good location, would defiantly reccomend.
