The location was perfect for us because my daughter lives close by and it is also close to the Poble Nou metro stop. We did have some issues - the tv did not work, which we reported but the issue wasn’t resolved. Noise from other guests late at night was also an Issue. The building seems to have a lot of short term stay rentals and the other apartments were clearly rented by groups of young people who were in town to party. We were woken up multiple times the first couple of nights by loud guests above us. Then those people checked out and a couple of days later my entire family was woken up by a new group of guys in the apartment next to us who began to blast music at 12 am. As the location and the facilities were nice, we would consider staying again, but only if we had assurances that the quiet policy (9am-9pm) would be enforced. ##### Jeannie F. Comfortable beds and couch. Nice bathroom. Everything was great except that the A/C and fan were completely off and I never got any response from the host about it. Very hot and hard to sleep. Also the neighbors were so so loud at night and in the early hours near dawn. Very frustrating. And the hot water pot and coffee maker were broken. Bummer. We boiled water in a pan.
