Top-notch location situated in the heart of Barcelona city center is a duplex apartment with a surface of approximately 85 m². It is located on the ground floor of a building with an elevator . There is also a private parking which is possible to rent for 30 euros per day. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3).
Top-notch location situated in the heart of Barcelona city center is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into two levels which make the entire flat look even more dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are found on the first level. On the second level you can relax. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

First thing first - This listing is NOT 10 mins walk from Placa d'Espanya as mentioned in the listing. We booked it because it was advertised as as being 10 min walk away, but it is not...it is near Lesseps metro station - more than 1 hour walk from Placa d'Espanya. So...DO NOT BOOK IT BASED OFF THE LOCATION ON THE LISTING.As for the place itself, it's fine...the rooms and beds are comfortable, as are the bathrooms, the living space is ok...the dining chairs are a bit worn and cracked in places, but it was fine for us.1 other thing - the walls of the apartment are quite thin and not soundproofed, so you will hear all the noises your neighbours in the other apartments make.The low star review is for the dishonesty about the location and host's reluctance to refund us prior to the trip.If we'd known the location in advance and actually wanted to stay there - it would get 4 stars
