This newly renovated and fully equipped 85 m² apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers optional parking in the same building (30€/day). The minimum stay is 1 day and can be extended up to 11 months, ideal for companies or students.

Important information before booking:

The property manager will send a link for the first 30% payment (we do not accept American Express).
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before entering the apartment or in cash at check-in.
A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in, with a refund processed within 7 to 14 working days.
Travel cot: 20€/day. Not guaranteed, must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.
Arrival outside of hours: Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. An extra charge of 50€ in cash will be applied for arrivals outside these hours.
The tourist tax applicable in Barcelona will be applied.
No smoking policy: Smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of 400€.
No parties or meetings: If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a 400€ fine will be imposed (in addition to the police fine).
