"Great spot for anyone who wants to be right by the beach — the property is literally steps from the sand, with amazing ocean breezes and views all day. The rooms are small and simple with no TV, but the space feels calm, relaxing, and safe. There’s also a convenient community kitchen where you can cook or store groceries, which is perfect for short or extended stays. One important note: staff is not onsite, so be sure to check your email (including spam) and your text messages for the access instructions before you arrive. Highly recommend for a peaceful, beach‑side stay in San Juan."
