"This hotel is literally fantastic. My first day in PR it was raining and windy and the power went out and the generator was so loud in my room, they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and it was breath taking. I went back to my original room by choice and it had a private Jacuzzi on the patio which was the highlight of our stay! Staff is so responsive and sweet. Close to everything you need and beach. Definitely would stay again! 10/10"

"Our stay At Wind Chimes was very peaceful and restful. The old spanish decor and beautiful greenery added a nice elegant touch. I was able to sketch at both At The Wind Chimes and at Acacia. I loved that we were able to enjoy both sister hotels. The staff was amazing, Bryan, Jhan, and Ariel were super helpful and attentive. Maid service was excellent( Rosalia you're the best!), what ever we needed they were able to accommodate. Everyone one was so nice and amiable. You guys have a great team, thank you! I would definitely be staying here in the future. Having stayed and experienced both these sister hotels, I am definitely torn. Between the pool, hot tub, patio decks, Niche restaurant( Carlos Morales did an amazing job with the food, definitely top notch cuisine), and the beach being right down the street, I had a lovely time and stay.
