Property was clean and easy to access. No issues with the self check in. Many walkable restaurants and shops. 2 bedrooms had bathrooms attached, one did not thus those guests had to walk through the other bedrooms to use. Gated property was nice. Did find street parking but probably doesn't always happen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfectly comfortable and clean. The place had everything what you need and more. They are step behind. Their amenities and facilities have more than enough. High quality Kitchen equipment, free laundry machine and 24hrs pool. I only took off stars/points because the place was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and black grime in the shower. There was also hair shavings in the shower. The only thing is the rooms could be cleaner. There was hair all over the floor and shower that I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean myself. The studio is tiny. There were no utensils or plates. The advantage of the property is amazing area Condado at a walkable distance. The staff is friendly and respond quickly. In general a good stay, but would like something more spacious. I would definately stay here again. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The area is walkable and has lots of great options for dining, shopping and enjoying your time (the beach is less than 5-8mins walking distance). I’m not giving it a 5start rating because, as part of the maintenance schedule, they needed to carry out pest control. They advised with plenty of time to prepare, ensured the person was escorted in, and the work was done quickly.
