"I spent a pretty penny on my stay here, for them to not have a microwave in my suite and when asked the charge amount was $37 to use once. Also, I used a bottle of water which they charged me $40."

"Pool water was not clean. They didn't setup the towel on the chairs for us. Not enough of space in adult pool area. Pool deck is very slippery and hot as it uses ceramic tiles instead of travertine. Many hidden fees. Room service was great."
