Place is in a great location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean, shower was broken and unable to change temperature but overall the room worked. Staff is very friendly. Pool is great! Can't speak on parking situation since we used rideshare but it looked like there was some street parking.

The vegan breakfasts were spectacular and I'm not vegan but I am someone who respects food quality. The staff is really nice, too. The vibe is super chill. The shower water pressure could be stronger but that was the only drawback. I have already recommended it to friends and we will return.

The dryer didn’t work. The room was dry but we had to keep the AC on, which was directly above the bed and made it difficult to sleep. The pool is kind of gross.

I loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was simple but just enough to put something in your tummy before heading out for the day. I enjoyed that the Condado area was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Finding street parking wasn’t too much of an issue and never had to park more than a 3 minute walk away. There are a couple parking lots in the area but were on the pricier side.

The place is beautiful but the staff needs to be trained. The room sheets were dirty and the room not 100% clean.took like 45min to replaced it and I went to the counter after several calls. The receptionist took like 45.min to check in at 2am The bar.need.more waitress... But the pool was very polite ...
