"Dear [Hotel Name / Front Desk Team], I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. The room was never properly cleaned during our visit, which was very upsetting. In addition, I checked out early on Sunday rather than Monday, but I did not receive any confirmation of my early checkout. I had also requested Strawberry Shortcake blankets for my daughter and did not receive a response or follow-up regarding that request. I would appreciate confirmation that my checkout was processed correctly as of Sunday and a response addressing these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
