"Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. "

"I had an amazing stay at Le Roy Barbados. The location is perfect- just steps from the beach with stunning views. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of great restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There’s also a nearby bus service, making it simple to explore the island without any hassle. The staff truly made the experience special; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Alana, Deonne , and Phil who truly elevated the experience. "Staff were terrific! We loved our spacious room and the fact that we had a kitchen and a balcony that looked out in the sea. We enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. Transportation was easy and adventurous in the ZR buses - cash only! $3.50 bbd per trip. Or download the Pickup app which works like Uber. Only a 10 min walk from St. Lawrence Gap! We’ll be back!"

"We booked an ocean view room, but it was a side view over the pool. That said, it was not a huge issue as we enjoyed the property so much and were rarely in the room. Side note: there are local vans that take you around for 3.50 pp (Barbados Dollars). We partculatly loved the Saint Lawrence Gap area. "
