Had a fantastic stay there. Maybe a few more things in the workout room. Some free weights would be awesome. Customer service was lacking a bit.

We always enjoy our stay at Ho Chunk Casino in Baraboo, Wisconsin and are frequent guests. However, we have been noticing that the hotel is in dire need of updates both in the rooms and common areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves which was very convenient. My only minus was the dining options, grill in the Casino closed at 7pm and no restaurant in the hotel.

Satisfied but not thrilled.
Overall the stay was good. The casino was only partially open because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Only gaming machines were operational. The hotel and casino took good precautions to protect the guests. A lot of the restaurants were closed because of the pandemic. In light of the lack of services, the hotel room seemed a little over priced.

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean. We had an outdoor patio outside of our room but it was filthy with bird droppings, feathers and dirt. Also, coffee was not offered in the lobby in the morning since the casino didn't open until 9AM.

Call before you visit
I had some family in town and i thought it would be great to stay here and tour the dells during our visit. Very disappointed that the hotel and hotels.com did not contact me or list that all food services were closed at the hotel. Thankfully the dells was not far awaybwith plenty of places yo eat. Also, table games are VERY limited They finally opened tables up at 4pm and 90 percent of the tables were blackjack. Very nice hotel and casino and im sure it would've been better pre covid

Wo love the pool and hot tub. They scraped and painted the railings in the pool area, but still looks unfinished as it’s white and doesn’t match the rest of the area.

I loved the Ho Chunk Hotel I stayed at it was very clean and they were very friendly. I also enjoyed all things we did at Wisconsin Dells, boat tour, jet sky boat tour and the shops and restaurants.

Ho chunk Dells hotel
Hotel was very slow and rooms were not updated, one smelled of smoke, one was on end by shipping and receiving garage there was hole in curtains dirty patio door no blow dryer no blankets couldn’t get hold of front desk very slow service, we’ve stayed here other times, they told us being members we could’ve gotten 89$ room rather than paying 140$ through Hotels.com dissatisfied with this stay Selima Szuta

We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was so homey and grand at the same time. I also loved the buffet and we won money at the casino. It was a great time.

Hanging curtains off the rod, asked for a handicapped room when reservation was made weeks before we stayed with no steps, no tub, no long walks because problems walking. Did not have a handicapped shower, had to walk 2 long halls, Room was not at all handicapped. Very disappointing for this size of place. Wont probably stay again if that is how they treat handicapped people.

Don't plan on staying in for breakfast
My wife and I stayed at this hotel Monday night and Tuesday night because I had real estate appraisal continuing ed in one of the conference rooms there. We were very disappointed to find that none of the restuarants in the hotel/casino served breakfast during the week. The sign by the hotel elevator said the Sunrise Cliffs Cafe was supposed to be on the second floor and would be open at 7am, Wed - Fri. My wife went to the 2nd floor looking for the place so that we could get an idea of what they had on their menu. At the restaurant entrance was a sign stating that effective March 9th, the restaurant will be located in the Standrock Buffet. My wife then walked back downstairs (the escalator is broken until May), and walked through the casino to this restaurant. None of the signing there mentioned the Sunrise Cliffs Cafe, and the only breakfast offered was on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The temperature in the conference room wasn't very comfortable for class either day also. I had to wear my coat the first day and was sweating the second day.
