"Staff were helpful. Place is old, run down and in need of an upgrade. My room (a queen) was tiny, had obvious water damage stains on the ceiling & dirty marks on curtains. The added-on "pod" style bathroom involved a considerable step up to enter. A kettle that had to be filled at the bathroom sink, iron & ironing board and a TV with poor sound were in the room. I had to eat in their foyer area dining area as there were no other options nearby except McDonald's. My food was just adequate. This will be my last visit."
