NOISE. This is a peaceful space, we love our neighbours so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council. Curently the next door property is completing some back yard works and may from time to time have tradesman on site however, this is not on SERENE property and on the neighbours private property. There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations. BREAKAGES.
