'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs. Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales. All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely stroll including: tennis courts, paddle and pickleball courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc. Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sundeck and view. With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy fireplace, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer. The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and Check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children under 11 years. The apartment is completely private with its own access with 21 easy steps-. Linen is provided. Free Wi Fi, EV charging, Netflix, barbeque, Nespresso Machine etc. PETS. Small, quiet, house-trained dogs that don't drop hair are welcome but please check with owner before booking if in doubt. We don't have a yard but there is ample space outside the property for exercising etc. And we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property. Sorry, we don't allow cats. NOTE. Perched above the Pearl Beach coastline, it offers a peaceful, homely base for a coastal getaway. The property features two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to four guests (one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds). For comfort, there is a gas fireplace in the lounge, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen is compact but very functional. While there is no traditional oven, it includes an air fryer, Nespresso Machine, microwave, induction cooktop, and a gas BBQ, giving you plenty of options for preparing meals during your stay. Please note that access to Seabreeze is via a set of approx 20 external stairs, so recommend packing into smaller, easy-to-carry bags. A beautiful tranquil place to say with unlimited views of the ocean and saw dolphins!If you want to refresh your soul and enjoy the natural wonders of Mother Nature this is the place. Lots of bush walks as well. The closest restaurants and cafe is Umina but that is only a 5 minute drive.Our host Graham was very responsive to our emails and provided great information on walks and the amenities. Staying there is like having your own cruise ship suite complete with outside deck without the rocking. The accommodation is a short walk down into Pearl Beach and it is well appointed. The property was exactly as photographed. A stunning view and the perfect size for our family getaway. The apartment was well appointed. Tranquility and peace are the the super powers of this place. You wake and go to sleep with the ocean as your back drop and the apartment has all the comforts of home you could wish for. Incomparable views, and a very comfortable stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It is well equipped, very clean with excellent hosts. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean, warm fireplace and hot showers, seeing dolphins bobbing in the water, access to books with photos and tips of local walks. Extremely clean and very comfortable house with plenty of wonderful walks along the foreshore or bush land. Added bonus of seeing dolphins and a seal lazing in the water for several hours. Watching the weather change provided entertainment and serenity. A multitude of photos were taken of the sunrise straight off the balcony decking! Our hosts were excellent and always available for any assistance. It’s an easy stroll to Pearl Beach and great fun clamouring on the rocks below as far as you can go. The views are very lovely the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep at night. Walking distance to the beach and also plenty of beautiful walking trails in and around the bay. Hosts were always available fi we needed anything but the house had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped and although no oven there was an air fryer and cooktop so we didn't miss not having one. We would dearly love to stay again and highly recommend this to other travellers. ##### Clare W. We hadn't stayed on this side of Pearl Beach before despite many visits to the area, and it gives a wonderful new perspective. Graham and Maz were tremendously welcoming hosts and their apartment is beautifully set up to enjoy the experience. Porched on the deck with a glass of white, you could think yourself in the Greek islands - but less than 1.5 hours from Sydney. We'll be back! J&J ##### John S. Seabreeze was a really magical place to stay - even in the middle of winter! The fire kept us warm and cozy at all times so that we could sit back and appreciate the spectacular views. The weather also held up allowing us could enjoy our walks either on Pearl beach, the rocks along the foreshores, or the walkways near the beach. Graham and Maz were wonderful hosts - always warmly welcoming and full of information about Pearl Beach and the surrounding area. And we greatly appreciated their dog-friendly approach.
