The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodative. They understand my needs and they happily entertained to my request. They also helped out with getting public transportation for me, and suggested places for me to go and explore during my stay. The room is also clean, spacious and I like the balcony too.
The room was OK. The bathroom shower was not really to my liking as far as cleanliness. You get what you “pay” for. That being said BEWARE. They request a 1000 baht incidental fee. The rates may be low, but they will do ANYTHING to keep that fee. During my stay, we left a stain on the sheets and they tried to charge us 2900 baht! We had to practically negotiate it down! Not to mention the walls are very thin, so don’t talk super loud.

Pros: The hotel itself was decent and well kept. Due to our late flight, we had to check in late and it was great that someone was available at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a dining table we could eat at inside our room. We stayed in a suite room which had a large mini fridge and housekeeping supplied us with water and coffee daily. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the highway. The front desk staff and waitstaff were very helpful. There is a 7-eleven beside the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast was included daily.
Cons: Upon check-in, we were provided with a key that opened a room already occupied by another guest (the front desk fixed the situation immediately but I would never want someone to walk into my room - the person could have been changing!). The hallways were stinky because guests left their garbage outside of their rooms and housekeeping did not pick it up until the following morning. Far from the city and attractions and not walkable outside.
The staffs were really nice and friendly. Safe and convenient area. But the walls seemed to be way too thin that i could hear the noise from next door. Soundproofing would be great.

Excellent service from Moo and the staff, including the hotel drivers and restaurant, which serves nice food. A great touch is the free hotel shuttle during designated times to surrounding areas as requested. Rooms are clean, with character, and nicely designed. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The hotel has very good Staffs, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt homely. Enjoyed the breakfast. Overall no regrets checking inn at the kinn. Will definitely stay here again.

Отличный отель, очень рекомендую, прекрастный отель, очень приятный персонал, номера после ремонта, очень чисто, есть шатл до метро линии и аэропорт экспресса (Работает с 7 утра до 17 вечера). В номере вода, чай кофе бесплатно, пополняют каждый день, 100% рекомендация.
