Excellent hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Good location on Sukhumvit Road. Lovely comfortable beds and very clean well maintained rooms. But prices are higher than most other hotels in this area but you get what you pay for and this is excellent for the price.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The deluxe regency suite was clean, comfortable and spacious with 2 bathrooms which I liked. I thought such a room would be on a higher floor. It was on Floor 8 of 27 guest room floors (Floor 7 was the lowest), but that turned out fine. It made for a shorter elevator ride. Spectrum, the rooftop bar and restaurant, was spectacular with amazing service. The nicest of the hotel rooftops I have been to in Bangkok. This was my 5th stay in Bangkok in the past 3 years all at different 5 star hotels. This one is a keeper. I would definitely stay there again.

Feels like a hands off approach. I get the sustainability element but as a default cleaning rooms every 3 days for the cost to stay here was a surprise. You can request it daily and I did ask for a towel change. Breakfast is good. Location is brilliant for the BTS and Terminal 21 mall is about 10 mins walk. Lots of massage places nearby and I had a mega 5 hour work of treatments (for the price of one massage in the UK) at Diora Luxe just 10 mins walk.
