he room was clean and the location was perfect, within walking distance to Banff Town, which is super convenient. However, the WiFi and phone connection were very poor this time; we’ve never had this issue before. We couldn’t even do FaceTime due to the poor connection. The TV channel was also broken, and although a technician came to fix it, it still didn’t work, so we missed watching the basketball game. Other than the phone connection issues, everything else was good at this resort. We enjoyed the nearby basketball and tennis courts!

The beds are pillows are fantastic. Although the rooms are small they have everything and it was clean and convenient. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall, the unit was like a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, which was great .We did enjoy the swimming pool and the hot tub. Went for nature walk, which was good. But the bed that we slept in needs a new mattress. It wasn’t the most comfortable sleep.

I always go to this hotel when I’m in Banff. I love the location and the fact you can get rooms with kitchens so you can cook for yourself. We did get an older room that had some issues however with that being said I would still go back. The staff is always so nice and the service is quick.

I liked that we were just outside of Banff at the base of tunnel mountain. The area surrounding the resort is beautiful and they have everything you need here to stay with kids

The sheets had multiple stains on them and when I asked for a new set, the new set also had stains! please invest in some bleach. I stayed for a week and about halfway through the staff stopped offering housekeeping! The hotel just had an overall grossness to it.

We are sorry to hear about these shortcomings that affected your stay. We send our sheets out to a third party company for laundry and will advise them regarding these issues. On a positive note, we will soon be handling laundry internally, allowing for more control regarding quality.

Located at the outer edge of Banff, the hotel/condo is away from the bustle of downtown. It is some 2-3 Km from town, a long walk, or you can drive (but parking may be problematic.) There is a shuttle every hour or 2. This is an older property, but is kept in reasonable repair. Units are comfortable. Area is very quiet except for the inevitable train noise. And good value if you can find a sale.

It is the most distant hotel from Banff Centre. There is a shuttle service but run times are limited. The property is very quiet.

Was an excellent cozy stay. Very clean and well managed. We ery much enjoyed it. Great pet friendly place to stay with your dog, theres a forest right behind the building to go for walks and the bathroom.

It's a bit away from crowded towns and noisy highways. Real firewood fireplace was a delight. Fully equipped kitchen is a very convenient feature. There were lots of elks around that made our stay even more pleasurable.

Good for a family, lots of things u can do around the property and its quiet, far from the busy area of banff town but it u wanna get there its just a few mins drive. Lots of parking area. There tennis courts, pool ans other amenities i like it. The rooms are nice too. Just love it

The staff was friendly. We liked the pool and outdoor hot tub. We really enjoyed the extracurricular activities especially basketball court, tennis court, squash court and Gym - we used all of it! The views of the mountains surrounding the premises were amazing! Such a lovely vibe there. Highly recommend for a family with kids, the kids were never bored and want to go back already!
