The hotel was very close to all of the shops and restaurants which made it very convenient, staff are very friendly and hotel was clean no problems at all
The carpet was old and the not best choice for a pet room, it smelt musty and they room was cold and the heat was not working in the middle of the night. They also charged an extra $50 upon arrival and we understood we booked a pet room and this was included in the cost. Disappointing overall for Banff area.
Front desk staff were helpful. The hot tub was closer to a warm tub -- could have been hotter. Rooms were fine. Hotel was quiet -- we didn't hear any noise. Parking was easy. Only complaint is that there was no microwave oven in the hotel room, which had two levels (bedroom was on the loft level) and plenty of space.
