"I booked this hotel for my anniversary on Sept 1st for one night and I paid about $520 and I checked in at 4:30pm. Unfortunately I received a phone call from back home edmonton at around 7:30pm that my mother ended up in the hospital and of coursed I packed everything and left for 8pm to go back home. I talked to the staff at the front desk about this very special and unfortunate situation - and since I used the room for less than 4 hours I asked if they could do anything for me for the future...
