Laundry - Do provide drying rack for washed laundry. I have a hard time to dry my laundry as no proper rack and insufficient clothing hangers which made it not convenient to dry my clothing.
Furniture - the sitting and lie down sofa are old and shaky, not firm and it seems like it will break any time when trying to sit/ lie down on it. Same goes to the bed frame. Please do a thorough checks regularly on all the furnitures to make sure all are properly well maintained.

"Hotel and room was great at the price point, just unfortunate didn't manage to get any early check-in on the day of arrival. In fact, only got keys to room 15 mins after the standard check-in time.
