The staff were all super friendly, professional and provided great customer service. We took advantage of the long term parking for our ten day trip- our son left his phone in the shuttle and they went out of their way to store it for us until our return . Darnell was soecifically helpful each time we spoke with him

I never stayed at the hotel or checked in. Booked for pool alone and when i arrived the pool was closed so the hotel canceled with no charge. Expedia is still charging me even though hotel is not charging.

I would have given five stars but not having a hot breakfast was inconvenient. Shoutout to the bartender for her friendliness and willingness to please. Location close to the airport. The Lyft and shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and stress free. Common areas and room are clean and welcoming. Wi-Fi was easy to access. I’d stay again.

Property was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Easy in and out of parking and access to interstate. Nice to have Primanti Bros restaurant in the same parking lot for an easy dinner option.
