It’s a ripoff. We got to the room and it hadn’t been made up, sent us to another room. Shampoo bottles in the bathroom were half used. They had two TVs and just one remote and when I asked for a remote they told me it wasn’t available. I had to complain and the remote and the shampoo was provided. Breakfast was a tragedy, served from one refrigerator. They offered protein bars, bottle of water, cups of fruit and yogurt, Costco style. Coffee machine was broken and was never fixed. And no seating to eat ‘breakfast’. Water supply was interrupted on second day.

There were dirty handprints on the ceiling, a constant leaking faucet, they cut off the water and put a note under the door to notify us just as it was happening, and there was a sign that said masks required that guests adhered to buy staff did not

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I unknowingly paid twice as much for the room through Expedia than I would have going directly through the hotel. The elevators are death traps, the paint is peeling off the walls, carpets are stained beyond repair, the included breakfast consisted of a prepackaged cup of fruit, nothing more. All of the rooms are non-smoking, but our hallway reeked of pot. There is no daily maid service. Our door was broken; you had to lift the door by the handle just to get it opened or closed. I could go on and on...worst hotel ever.
