Atendentes bem educados e solicitos. O Rapaz foi solícito em me trocar de quarto, pois o primeiro que me colocaram, ficava com a porta da varanda sem tranca. Quarto bem equipado com refrigerador e TV. Mas a limpeza precisa melhorar. Paredes muito sujas, cheias de marcas. cama tinha uns bichinhos, creio de vem do colchão antigo. E os banheiros comuns são limpos somente uma vez ao dia e somente colocam somente um papel higiênico para 6 apartamentos do andar 😑. Não tem sabão para lavar a mão e nem como secar o banheiro. Daí fica todo molhado. Não tem saída de emergência e não tem como sair e entrar do prédio, sem acionar a recepção. Somente disponibilizam a chave do quarto.

Ao adentrar, solicitamos a troca de quarto devido ao odor forte de cigarro e fomos redirecionados para outro melhor porém havia traças ou cupim no local. Seria interessante informar no app sobre a pousada NÃO FORNECEMOS TOALHAS, BANHEIRO COMPARTILHADO, e também CAFÉ DA MANHÃ NÃO INCLUSO NA DIÁRIA.

O quarto embora bem pequeno serve para dormir bem. O quarto e a roupa de cama estavam bem limpos. A cama é confortavel. A ar condicionado funciona bem. O que deixa a desejar são as instalações e os outros hóspedes que não tem educação alguma. O hotel não tem culpa das atitudes dos hospedes, mas é preciso que alguém vá periodicamente para fazer uma vistoria nos andares e banheiros que estão situados no corredor. Principalmente a noite. As câmeras adiantam de nada e não coibem falta de educação.
