fomos bem recebidos nosso quarto nao estava desocupado mas providenciaram acomodaçoes adequadas ate desocupar,funcionarios muito educados,colchoes confortavel,,nao a luxo no hotel mas acomodações razoaveis e boa localização compensam,cafe da manhã poderia ter mais variedades,,e o cheiro de gordura viando da cozinha atrapalha desfrutar adequadamente do cafe.

Atendimento excelente e instalacao e localizacao do hotel muito boa. Contudo quando cheguei no quarto, me deparei com edredons velhos e fedidos e armario e mesa com cumpim. Horrivel. Precisei solicitar alteracao para o quarto luxo pois nao tinha condicoes de ficar naquele. Mas tive que desembolsar R$ 150,00, para ter o conforto minimo. Acredito que o minimo que deveriam fazer eh me reembolsar por este valor, pois eu fiz a reserva de acordo com as condicoes/fotos que o site me apresentou. Se eu tivesse visto aquele quarto nao teria escolhido o hotel, pois tinham opcoes melhores que esta quando eu comprei.
