As you enter it's clean and tidy. You are greeted by staff and you feel secure. The food and staff were great but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Walking to and from the rooms through corridors better suited to a hospital or mental asylum was spooky. Vinal flooring lent itself to this feeling. Would I stay again?- if I had to. Once you got to the room it was very comfortable.

We booked into Buswells and the first room they showed us too was in appalling shape and condition. The furniture was dreadful and all marked, the bed looked like it was propped up on an old bed stead and the room looked out onto a roof with a huge fan blasting away making the noise impossible to handle with the window open. It was really bad. The staff were very good however and moved us to a really nice room which we had no complaints over and had been upgraded. I was extremely surprised they even showed us to the first room and there is no way they should be letting any guests stay there unless they use it as a staff room!

I would recommend Malahide Guest Rooms to anyone staying in the area. The property was great, but even better than that was the host. She did a great job to accommodate all of our needs, and was delightful. The rooms were everything we needed, and they did all they could to help make the stay wonderful for us and our kids.
