We are gradually moving to smart TVs for our rooms so that viewing options are more expansive, however with 69 rooms it is taking a little longer than we had anticipated. We do find that if we are very heavily booked it can sometimes affect the water temperature as so many guests are trying to use the hot water at once, we apologise for the discomfort and hope you do not experience that again in future. We will take your feedback into account next time we consider changing toilet paper suppliers.Kind regards,
