The apartment is located on the 1st floor, to access it there is a small flight of stairs.
Nearby there are several services: Medical Guard, Bar, Tobacco Shop, Sandwiches, Restaurants, Supermarkets and not far from the house is the Piazza and the Mother Church.
Its position allows you to arrive in less than a minute to the beautiful view of the Gulf of Balestrate and Castellammare, from which to enjoy a splendid sea view, to relax in front of a magnificent sunset accompanied by your partner.
Furthermore it is not far from the seafront of Balestrate, with its splendid golden beach and crystal clear water. On the beach you will find a series of bathing beaches equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, where it is also possible to sip a cocktail or have a lunch / dinner by the sea, as well as you will find beaches that organize dancing evenings.
On the seafront you will also find paid car parks.

In short, Balestrate is a small town on the sea, very popular with both Italian and foreign tourists, precisely because it is suitable for families and young people.
