logement trÚs bien situé, accÚs à l'étang par une promenade pietonniÚre agréables ; terrasse appréciable. logement spacieux (chambre et salle de bains) et clair, et bien équipé. Un projet de réfection de la cuisine est envisagé bien qu'elle soit trÚs correcte. Bonne literie.
