We really enjoyed our short time at this property. Beautiful surroundings and not far from town. I’d definitely go back again. If you have problems however with stairs, this isn’t the place/unit to stay in.

The check in is absolutely ridiculous. You submit all Your personal information ( and every other guests too) and wait for a criminal background check then have to sign up for multiple apps throughout the process. Finally the door code is sent only 30 mins before arrival. Worse than applying for a bank account and insurance combined . House was nice .

A big disappointment. As others have commented, the property is dated (it was probably pretty nice in 1995), and although the rooms are in decent shape, the common areas are worn and need better cleaning. This place markets itself as a boutique resort, but it really offers nothing to earn that (or the resort fee they charge); the vibe is more tacky tourist hotel than exclusive luxury. The view from the harbor side rooms is nice, but that's about it as far as amenities go. The restaurant has potential (I had an excellent salmon dish), but the staff are not well trained and it does not live up to the fine dining experience they try to project. Finally: DO NOT let them check you into Room 207. It is directly above the kitchen and gets quite hot. There is no AC in this hotel (common for coastal WA); opening windows and running the provided fan *might* be OK to deal with the heat, but there is also a commercial kitchen ventilation system directly under this room. It runs, droning and rattling, from early morning to about 10 at night. So even if you can get the room cool enough, it's too loud to enjoy. They really have no business renting out this room. I complained after I checked in, but the desk clerk was unable to do anything (and did not seem to care) and the Rooms Manager was off (this on a Friday afternoon, presumably the big arrival day of the week). I was able to get moved my second night and enjoyed that, but the first night in 207 was terrible.

Inadvertently booked two rooms. Wanted harbor view. They kindly provided the room without charging extra. But the TV did not work, and the sink drained very slowly. Fixed the next day but... don't think they gave us a discount on the first night. The harbor view above the children in the fountain was wonderful, if a little noisy. Pick pick.
