Tanea at the desk was so very busy but always helpful andshe saved us so much money with her referrals for shuttle to downtown and cruise port with Seattle shuttle. You don't have to pay Cruise line prices. Referred us to several places, really helped with convenience and money. Thank you, Tanea, you brightened our days. "I’ve stayed here multiple times now and it’s an ok hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is pretty outdated and the only ammenities is a cafe/restaurant on the main floor which was closed because of construction. There is no air conditioning and if you do open the windows to get fresh air it’s pretty noisy since it’s attached to hospital. Given the location and how easy it is to get to various areas of town on foot it is still a pretty good value."

"Loved the room because it was large and clean. Breakfast was good. Nothing to do or eat around there unless you walk 1/4 of a mile which I wouldn’t do at night. The light rail station 13 minutes walk from the hotel has been closed for a few weeks no one knew why. We had to use the airport shuttle to catch the rail at the airport and to return to the hotel from there. It’s about an hour into downtown Seattle so we factored that commute into our time in town."
