"The room is clean and spacious with bath tub, nice breakfast, 15 minutes walk from train station, location is not very convenient for shopping and public transport, but it is close to local night food market."

"Well designed hotel, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the location and neighbourhood as well. However as some others have noted, it is VERY damp and smells musty despite the A/C and fan being on. We were there for one night so it was ok but would not have stayed if longer than that despite how affordable it was. "

The bathroom was also not ideal—the bathtub was too high and water easily spilled onto the floor, which could be unsafe. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement."

"Room was incredibly spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Taipei. Loved that there’s a little sit down area to probably enjoy snacks & food. Loved the space in the bathroom as well. Surprisenly very little dust! Was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I forgot to check out the pool but the gym is very simple. And laundry was straightforward. Would come back again! "

"From the moment you step onto the property the staff and ambience takes your breath away. The views are stunning. The service was 11/10. They upgraded our room without us asking as they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The Chinese restaurant was delicious! My only regret with my booking was choosing to stay one night. If I stayed for two nights…I probably would never want to leave. The only minor inconvenience was that the room doesn’t offer many outlets for personal use. I needed to unplug the humidifier or room scent diffuser to use my Dyson or charge my devices. "

"Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Very family-friendly, staff were super helpful. It’s a little tucked away in terms of location, but they do offer free (limited) pickup and dropoff service to Taichung and pickup or dropoff service to Shuishe. Highly recommend."

"Overall, this is the ideal stay. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating— they allowed me to change my checkout to a later time which was great. The rooms are clean and modern, I loved this hotel. HIGHLY recommend! "
