Not much service offered by front desk staff. Amenities are barely minimum. Breakfast is very basic. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. The parking was ok and the location is also ok. Sauberkeit und Personal waren zudem einwandfrei. Die Lage ist an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, was für Taiwan aber ganz normal ist. Vom Trubel auf der Straße bekommt man im Hotel nichts mit. Das Hotel ist im alten taiwanesischen Stil gehalten aber trotzdem modern. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass es leider kein Abendessen im Hotel gab da das Restaurant nur Drinks anbot.
