Very nice hotel and kid-friendly, they sent a baby crib up to our room so it was there when we arrived. Nice breakfast and gym. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. The room service team also does an excellent job cleaning the room efficiently. Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. Fantastic large room with great bathroom and super sized bed Lovely open air pool on the roof about 12 metres long. Open in the mornings and evenings. Good selection of items in the breakfast. The parking was ok and the location is also ok. They are pretty big and beautiful, and the king-size bed makes our stay comfortable. I love the separate hot tub. The staff at the front desk is very accommodating and friendly. The only downside is I could hear a little noise from the next room, so it might be something to note for people sensitive to sounds. We also hope the person at the parking can be a bit more friendly initially.
