"This is the only hotel you will need to use if in Florence down town. Amazing hotel, clean, modern, usb c , shower for 10 people, breakfast great, staff amazing. Location also best - right in the center, 2 mins walk from all attractions, but in a quiet street with less traffic. Simo e at the bar was great and accommodating- makes great drinks and was extra to the whole experience."

"Great pricing and location if arriving by train. Rooftop pool is amazing gem. Room ok. Infrustructure is starting to age bit. Elevators wonky and not always working. Tvs dont have netflix and such. Light in the room are also wonky. AC in one of our rooms was not very good. Otherwise for the money you pay not a bad option."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful from check in to departure. We had the basic room which was very nice indeed, a decent size and nicely furnished. Rooftop bar reasonable value for a cocktail surrounded by the sights of Florence. Very central location. Aircon very good and controllable. Highly recommended."

"A nice room with comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is a nice amenity and the location is in the heart of old Florence. The staff are wonderful! The only issue is that water leaks from under the shower glass door if you aren’t careful. Also, it’s a €19 taxi ride to the rail station from there. It was a great value and we would stay again."
