"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "
"First of all, the location of this hotel is as central as it gets, right across from the Duomo, yet are also quiet from the noise of the very busy Piazza. The rooms are luxurious, very spacious and immaculately clean, and the hotel manager Andrea is extremely welcoming and helpful, ready with all sorts of advice. "Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."
"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "
