We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Lenox Hotel. Valet parking was hassle free. Staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way when we realized we left behind a bag in the car. We notified the front desk and our bag was picked up and delivered to our room very quickly...Our room had 2 queen beds and was able to fit 1 rollaway bed that we had requested prior to arrival...Old but classy, charming, and very safe hotel. The only hotel we will be staying when in Boston from now on.

The river view from the 31st floor was incredible! Can't beat the location, walking distance to the Public Garden, Newbury St, Coply Square, Prudential and more. Due to covid, most dining and amenities were not available, so can't offer reviews aboit that. Hotel was very clean and safety precautions were put in place and clearly noted.

What a great surprise. I've seen other positives comments, but I wasn't expecting to find such a lovely and cozy hotel. First, the room is huge, clean and it makes you feel like in a movie. Beautiful decoration. Also, the breakfast is great, and the handmade cookies at night are delicious! If you want to come to Boston paying a very, very reasonable price, you definitely should try the College Club. Amazing experience. We will definitely come back.

Great location for Newbury Street, Boston Gardens, Theater District, access to the T.

A classic downtown hotel, but with reasonable sized rooms. Staff were friendly. I loved the jazz playing in the lobby. Parking in the Pru Center garage is conveniently located across the street, and there is valet service.
