I 've stayed at the hotel about four times now, and I always enjoyed my stay. There is a gym, pool, and washing machines and dryer to use. It's also so close to Silom shopping centre and train station (BTS), which is a 10-minute walk.

The location of this hotel was perfect and being in the middle of Chinatown was huge plus for me. The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the generous size of the room and unique and highend amenities, such as the raised full size bathtub.

I had to leave one night early because of an unexpected emergency. I contacted the hotel to request a refund for the unused night, but they refused and simply said the booking was non-refundable. Expedia advised me that the hotel had the option to refund the unused night, but the hotel chose not to. On top of that, there was a dirty/unpleasant smell coming from the bed sheets, which made the room uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. I was also charged for a phone service that I did not use, which was very frustrating. I should not have to pay for services I never used. And if they thinking calling a toll free Expedia number is a charge that is not very customer friendly. Overall, I felt that the hotel was focused more on collecting every possible dollar than providing good customer service or taking care of its guests. Emergencies happen, and I expected at least some understanding and fairness. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I would encourage other travelers to carefully consider these issues before booking. Very disappointing experience.
