The staff could not have been friendlier or done more for us, this may be as we were pretty much the only guests at the time in between busy periods but I cannot fault the staff. Bob and his kind staff will make you feel like home. Great swimming pool, fantastic restaurant and amazing breakfast. It is in my top3 places in Thailand and I was there more than ten time. Icing on the top, a free shuttle service can pick you anywhere (station) and drop you anywhere downtown. So do not hesitate to book a cottage, prices are very competitive for such a service, it is super clean. I always have some idea for improvements but at Pludhaya resort I have to say that everything is just perfect. Already looking forward to go back. I dont expect mouse or gekko droppingson the floor when I check in. Shower havent seen a lick of paint in a very long time. I also dont expect maintenance ( hammering, workers talking) at my cottage at 6 am... Restaurant...I have eaten better all the time during my time in Thailand this time. The room is good looking, except the shower off course. On checkout, nobody bothered to ask if everything was ok. And I was with my Thai girlfriend, so no language issues...
