"Booked a last minute stay and was pleasantly surprised. A lovely traditional hotel with all the 'trimmings' - grand foyer & staircase, hotel dining room serving dinner as well as breakfast, lovely well appointed room. Pool was as you'd expect but fitness centre was above average with a greater range of equipment that is uusual in my experience. Dinner was ok, breakfast was excellent. Free parking on site. Located just off the beachfront."

"This is a modern hotel in an historic house with a fantastic restaurant attached. Not sure if the two are owned by the same group but probably. The check in is all virtual, no hotel staff are on site, and it went smoothly however I did have to step outside to get a decent cellular signal in order to check in. Close to the railway station. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Highly recommended!"

"The guest house is in a quiet street a short walk into the town. Checkin was great suggestions for local restaurants etc. The guest house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Lovely big room, plenty of tea and coffee. Will definitely stay here again ."
